The performance of Incoloy800 is the same as that of Incoloy800H, which has excellent corrosion resistance and good stress corrosion resistance in water-based media at extremely high temperatures of up to 500℃, and can withstand the corrosion of many corrosive media. Its high nickel content makes it have good resistance to stress corrosion cracking under water-based corrosion conditions. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts has good corrosion resistance. It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide. The biggest difference between Incoloy800 and Incoloy800H is the carbon content,800 carbon content ≤0.1,800H carbon content 0.05-0.1, but the use of Incoloy800 and Incoloy800H is the same.

Incoloy800, Incoloy800H and Incoloy800HT are all face-centered cubic lattice structures. The extremely low carbon content and improved Ti:C ratio increase structural stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion. Low temperature annealing at around 950℃ ensures the fine crystal structure.

From the mechanical properties, it can be seen that 800H and 800HT are not very different in performance.
